The 14th Annual Consumer Experience Symposium was held April 18, 2019, bringing a panel of industry experts to the UNT campus to present, discuss, and debate the topic of leveraging technology and human factors to create optimal customer experiences. The audience included approximately 350 students along with industry leaders, university officials and the general public. The successful event was a forum to communicate objective thoughts and ideas related to digital retailing, as well as educate students about professional development.

The presentations and discussions focused on digital strategies for delivering superior customer experiences through technology and data analytics. Leading the conversation was Ruth Crowley, whose background includes VP of Customer Experience Design at Lowe's.  She was joined by Lee Summers, CEO, and Mason Page, EVP of Strategic Business Planning, both from Reflect Systems.
