Dr. Min is an Associate Professor in the college of Merchandising, Hospitality and Tourism. She earned her Ph.D. degree at Texas Tech University and master’s and bachelor’s degrees at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in Hospitality Administration. Dr. Min’s research focus includes well-being, Hospitality business optimization, revenue management, and consumer behavior. She has published articles in several international journals including top-tier journals. Dr. Min has had many positions in the hospitality industry and worked for leading hospitality companies, such as MGM Grand, Mandalay Bay, Bellagio casinos and hotels in Las Vegas, Puffing Billy in Australia, and Korean Airline and Sofitel Ambassador Hotel in South Korea.
